Terms of Service
1. The service
GlobeGo eSim sells prepaid travel eSIM data plans. Plans are provisioned digitally: after payment you receive an eSIM profile to install on a compatible, carrier-unlocked device. Coverage, data allowance, and validity period are stated on each plan page.
2. Device compatibility
You are responsible for confirming your device supports eSIM and is not carrier-locked before purchase. The checkout requires you to acknowledge this. Plans cannot be transferred to an incompatible device after purchase.
3. Payments
Prices are shown before purchase and charged at checkout via our payment processor. If a supplier price changes between viewing and checkout, you will be shown the updated price and asked to confirm before any charge is made.
4. Activation and validity
Validity periods begin according to the activation policy shown on the plan page (typically on first network connection at the destination). Unused data expires at the end of the validity period and is not refundable.
5. Acceptable use
Plans are for personal use in supported destinations. Resale, commercial redistribution, or abuse of fair-use limits may result in suspension.
6. Liability
Mobile coverage depends on local network operators and conditions outside our control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected plan, to the extent permitted by law.
