1. What we collect
Account data (email, optional display name), order history, device platform details you provide for compatibility, and technical data required to deliver the service (eSIM profile identifiers, aggregated usage reported by network partners).
2. What we do not do
GlobeGo eSim does not sell personal data. eSIM activation credentials are encrypted at rest, are shown to you only on demand over authenticated, non-cached responses, and are never placed in analytics, marketing tools, or URLs.
3. Payments
Card details are handled entirely by our payment processor (Stripe); we never see or store full card numbers.
4. Sharing
Order fulfilment requires sharing minimal data with our eSIM connectivity supplier and payment processor. Legal requests are honored where required by law.
5. Retention and deletion
You can request account deletion from the Account page. After a grace period your personal data is removed; transactional records are retained only as required for tax and fraud obligations.
6. Your rights
Depending on your region you may have rights to access, correct, export, or erase your data. Contact support@globegoesim.com to exercise them.
