1. What we collect

We collect account details (email, profile), order and payment metadata (not full card numbers — those are handled by Stripe), device compatibility acknowledgements, support messages you send us, and a coarse country code derived from your IP address (via our hosting provider) so we can suggest nearby destinations — even when you browse as a guest. We do not use this to identify you personally.

2. How we use data

We use your data to provide eSIM plans, process payments, provision profiles, send transactional email, prevent fraud, personalize destination suggestions, and improve the service.

3. Sharing

We share data with payment processors, eSIM connectivity providers, and infrastructure vendors as needed to deliver the service. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Retention

We keep order and provisioning records as required for accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. You may request account deletion from your account page.
