Refund Policy

1. When a refund is available

A plan qualifies for a full refund if the eSIM profile has never been installed on a device and no data has been used, and the request is made within 30 days of purchase.

2. When a refund is not available

Once an eSIM has been installed, activated, or has consumed any data, the plan is considered used. Expired validity periods and unused remaining data are not refundable.

3. Failed provisioning

If we cannot deliver your eSIM after payment (provisioning failure that our retries cannot recover), the order is refunded in full automatically — you do not need to ask.

4. How to request one

Email support@globegoesim.com with your order number. Self-service refund requests from the website are coming soon. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

5. Compatibility mistakes

Purchases made for incompatible or carrier-locked devices follow the same rule: refundable only while the profile remains uninstalled and unused.
